for each phone, total number of seconds for each calling type will be calculated as in sheet 2.

Hi,

It's a matrix he wants. Phone number in rows, 3 call types in columns, with total minutes of each call type in call type columns. Damn hard to explain tho, esp if your 1st language isn't Excel (I mean English).
