Find Text then insert formula in same row

I have a few subtotal lines then a grand total line on the bottom. But some columns can't be subtotal since I don't want to sum them. Is there a way where you can search for the world total and then insert a formula in their respective rows in their columns.
Like in column X of the subtotal line, I want the formula w/v instead of subtotal(w:w)

Use the REPLACE (find and replace) in the toolbar, do you want to search for WORLD total as you stated or the WORD total? if searching for total how will you discriminate between total and subtotal?
