While executing my macro, it manipulates data to my opened workbook. It takes some time for manipulation while going through each-n-every cell.

I need to show message box of "Please wait.." to the user, to notify them about what is going.

When user executes my macro, msg box must appear while manipulation is in progress in background. And then to go off from the screen when done.

do you just want a message box, or would you like something a bit more sophisticated?
