Checkboxes

I've got several checkboxes on a sheet which when ticked go to another sheet containing information relevant to a particular question. So far i've done this by recording a macro which works fine.

However, if I want to go back and untick the checkbox (having ticked it by error), it runs the macro again.

How do i stop the sheet being selected when i untick the checkbox?

In the macro, check the value. If the value is False, unchecked, just exit.
