Need to allow Multiple User Input to a Presentation

Is there a way I can create a presentation that will allow other users to access and update at the same time, similar to a Shared Excel file?

I'd have to say that I don't think that is possible.

Although, version 2007 has a slide library feature (I haven't used it myself) where you can set up a SharePoint server to host reusable slides, and it's supposed to alert you when a presentation is opened if one of the slides has been updated in the library. Don't know how well it works, but you can look into this to see if it helps with your situation.
