    Moving Forms

If I build a user form in one work book, can I move it into an existing work book?

Sure thing. Just remember to make sure all your references are good.

With both books open, in the VBE, you can drag and drop the userform from one workbook to another within the project explorer window. It will copy the userform complete with its code.

Or you can right-click and export the userform to a folder and import it to the other workbook. Whichever works for you.
