How would I write this statement?

if column AF6:AF200 = true for "CRA" then count the number of times the word "*Not*" appears in column AO6:AO200

=SUMPRODUCT(--(AF6:AF200="CRA"),--(ISNUMBER(SEARCH("Not",AO6:AO200))))
