Need formula to get that output

    Hi,

Please refer an attached file. There are two sheets.
    1. Data(data that i get from others)
2.Output(that i want to show using formula, no macro)

Please help me with this. I want to show the output data using some formula.

    Thanks

Well, I can't do that without VBA.

I may do it with formulas if I use some auxiliary hidden columns, could it be?

Have a look at Pivot Tables. I doubt you will get that layout, but maybe something you can use.

Post a workbook with sample data and layout if you want a quicker solution.

I have tried that using pivot table. But actual data is going to be for at least 2 or 3 months. So i can not manage that many days columns using Pivot Table.
