    Hi All

    Attached a workbook with 4 sheets preety much self Explanatory and on the Input Sheet have put the details of what I need to do - the ranges are many more rows can you help with a Sub to make it all run.

    Is the data already sorted or does that have to happen as well?

    Edit Always UKyyEtc as invoice number?

    - Sort required?

    Yes.

    - Always UK YY etc? for year number? In other words year is always char 3 & 4?

    Yes.

    -Clear old data from year sheets first or append?

    Append.

    Not words I've used before however thats' - "pretty cute" can now start digging out the invoices for 07,08,09, and its all set up for 2010 -- office Jnr is not going to be a happy bunny for the next few days.
