checkbox to populate 2 textboxes?

Hi Guys

I want to be able to tick a checkbox and that would populate 2 textboxes with 7 zeros for one of the boxes and 6 zeros for the other.

How would I go about doing this, I'm new to VBA

Any help would be much appreciated
