Solved: excel to word for Labels
Hi I created a spreadsheet that I would like to use a column of data and transfer that column into Word for Labels.
It would be Avery 5160 Labels 3 across 10 down.
Data in Column J2:J55.
Now I would want it formatted like this
EXAMPLE
LABELS IN WORD
J2 J2 J2
J3 J3 J3
J4 J4 J4
J5 J5 J5
J6 J6 J6
J7 J7 J7
J8 J8 J8
J9 J9 J9
J10 J10 J10
J11 J11 J11
That would be Page1 in Word. And then Page2 would continue in that format.
can this be done?

Why not create a Word Documemt and use Mail Merge to get the data from Excel.

Do you know how I can make the mail merge in the format that I need. So it can repeat one cell across each line?
