Solved: Extract file names & h-link, combine codes

I have found 2 sets of codes on this forumn. 1 code pulls the file names from a specified folder. The other code creates hyperlinks to and pulls other info from a specified folder. I tried to run them seperatly to get what what I wanted but they do not seem to arrange the info in the same order. What I am looking for is a list of the files in a specified folder, without the extension, and a hyperlink to each file. There are no subfolders to deal with. I am including both sets of code. If anyboby can combine them or create a new code I would be very appreciative. This is just to far beyond my capabilities.
