Built a Hyperlink in excel using micro

Hi
I have an excel file with lot of info, and I need to have a micro which will run a hyperlink ( to avoid the double running of hyperlink if not using micro ).
the hyperlink is not fixed and it is based on many inputs like user, amount and type.
I would like it to be in such a way that i select a row inside a table then the micro will automatically take the values, the micro will be triggered by a command button.

I am using EXCEL 2007, and i wish if some one can help me in this matter.
