    Email reports

Hi all! I found in this link http://www.vbaexpress.com/forum/show...ighlight=email a solution to email reports that is pretty close to what I need to do. Unfortunately for some reason it does not sending the email. I receive a prompt box says "a programm is trying to send an email on your behalf. do you want to allow this?" I press YES and then stops there. Can anyone help me? Do you know if this solution can work with LOTUS NOTES?
    Thank you very much

Following my previous message I want to ask "GR GEORGE" who build this perfect db if can help me with some questions I have . I used your example to my project with your help I did great job ! Only I have the following problem: When I choose "All Salesmen" it saves all pages in several files instead of seperate the files where a name changes and create a file with the data for each one. Another one point I would like to change is the date format. I mean is it possible to change the MM_DD_yy format to greek settings DD_MM_yy? I tried to do it by myself but the query got crazy and confused all data at the shipdate field. Well I really hope you can help me also on this

You mention Lotus Notes, but b y the tone of the question I assume you are not actually using that(?), so there is a product called Redemption that helps with this. Check out thiste http://www.rondebruin.nl/mail/prevent.htm. It is an Excel based site but still applies as we are talking Outlook here.

I asked about Lotus Notes because I actually use Lotus Notes at work in a daily basis and I need to use this sample with Lotus Notes. I don't really need an Outlook solution because I only use outlook at home.
