I've been having poor results trying to add commands to the QAT. Today I tried several times to add the Hide commmand, and it's never there when I look. So I took special note of which existing command I was placing Hide next to, and to my surprise the reference command was gone too. Last week I couldn't put a command in the position I where I wanted it. Some times it would be on the QAT but on the right side instead of the left side where I wanted it. Other times the addition just didn't appear at all. Weird.
