Create a task in the shared calendar.

Hi,

I want to create a task with subject of the selected E-Mail in the shared calendar of my team. I will add start time as the time the task was created & add few hours to that as end time ex. 4Hrs.

Also I want to add a reminder of two hours before of the end time all in the shared calendar of the team.
I also want to add the owner for that task.

How to do this....??? Please guide.
