Solved: I need a "MATCH" help

I need a formula to match a number to another number in a serious of numbers.

any help 'd be greately appreciated

Does this formula give you the result you are expecting? Entered into I9 and copied down.
=VLOOKUP(H9,$C$9:$E$18,3,1)+H9-VLOOKUP(H9,$C$9:$C$18,1,1)

or if want to use the Index Match combo:
=INDEX($E$9:$E$18,MATCH(H9,$C$9:$C$18,1))+H9-INDEX($C$9:$C$18,MATCH(H9,$C$9:$C$18,1))
