stopwatch in Excel

Hi,

I handle a team where they take calls, i have a AHT of 3 mins so i need to create a Stopwatch in excel that can give the exact timinings in minutes from the start of the call and any warning when the clock ticks 2 mins, so that my people can complete the call within time.

Each tierce of time for counting has other color of cell (conditional formatting).
