I am fairly good with Excel & VBA, but have never done anything this complex(complex for me atleast) before.

I am looking for either VBA or Formula solution. I just need somthing that works.

I am trying to create a workbook that I import call center agents & their schedules, then schedule them for trainings which are prescheduled five times a day Monday through Friday. The link below is a sample copy of the workbook that I am using.
  • There are a total of 25 trainings
  • There are 4 Divisions of agents
  • I would like to limit each training to only having a max of 15 agents from each division attending each training.
  • I would like not to have to adjust any breaks or lunches.
Please let me know if any more info is needed.
