Solved: Countif conditions
Hi,
I have a spreadsheet with 2 rows and 95 columns. 1st row contains Basic skills of employees and 2nd row for additional skills see the example
A1 .Net B1 Management
A2 Database B2 Reporting
A3 .Net B3 Reporting
A4 Database B4 Management
Now I want to count those employees using formula who has Database and Reporting skills. Please help me

I assume you mean 2 columns & 95 rows
=SUMPRODUCT(--(A1:A100="Database"),--(B1:B100="Reporting"))
MVP (Excel 2008-2010)
