    Dialog Box in Insert option

I am having MS-Excel 2003 at home and office and I am learning VBA. I had a few hesitations with this particular question (whether it is concerned with VBA or not!)
On any worksheet bottom tab when we right click and choose "Insert" option there is an option to insert
    1. Macro 4.0
    2. Dialog 5.0

I think these are old macro creation items. You should use the Visual Basic Editor (VBE) to add code modules, Userforms etc. Press Alt+F11 to open it.

Post a workbook with sample data and layout if you want a quicker solution.

To help indent your macros try Smart Indent
