Help in sorting in data or macro or simple method.

I have a column with following inputs in cell A10 ONWARD.
2418
2418A
2428
2433
2446
2449
2451
2453
2474
2474A
2486
AND SO ON.
I want to sort the data in ascending order like above.As per data sorted the entire row should be sorted.
As i m trying but the above sorted item could not be achieved.
Is there any macro or code that can do the above said task.

I did not exactly understand that part. Do you mean the while Col A should be the primary sort key, the entire rows should go along with the sort?

Is your example exhaustive of what we'll run into in the actual wb? In other words, will there only be values with four digits and one trailing letter? If there are other combinations possible, please attach a workbook with said.
