How to remove "confidential or proprietary" attachment at the end of email
Is there any methods to remove the self attachment something like below.
Is it control by the exchnage server?
"This email and any attachment to it may contain confidential or proprietaryinformation that are intended solely for the person / entity to whom it wasoriginally addressed. ........"
Regards.

This is usually done by 3rd party server-side software, so there isn't anything you can do directly with VBA at you're end.
However, most of these server apps have features for excluding certain mails from having the disclaimer, usually based on a code in the subject, or based on the recipient. Some also have user options for some of these settings (tho these are rarley enabled). You'll need to speak to your Exchange server people to find out.

It could be added as a "signature". Check in Tools/Options/Mail Format for this.
