pivot table question

Hello,

I have a pivottable where I am showing the "top 10" items.

Is there anyway to have an 11th item which simply says "other" which would then allow the total in the pivottable to agree to the total in the source table.

I think you would have to create that in your data and pivot that as well.

I use PT Field Grouping to Select the Top 10 (manually) and Group into a new PT Fieldd call "Top 10" and then group the rest in 'Others'

Since the Group field is a PT field, I can Subtotal, etc.

Not as easy as the Top 10 filter
