    You should stay within the same thread rather than start a new one.

    You put the cursor in cell A4 rather than A5. Go to Window > Unfreeze. Then select cell A5 then go back to Window > Freeze. Wherever you put the cursor, that will be the first cell to "slide under" the frozen rows.
