If statement for NULL field in Report

I have a report that has a control on it called CompanyName, in 2 records, this field is blank, because it has not been sold; I am trying to do something like this: (unsuccessfully I might add! LOL)

    =IIf([CompanyName]="","Not Sold",[CompanyName])
    Thanks!
