Saving a copy of an Excel file without code behined it

A tad more detail would help. Can you attach an example file, or describe where all the code resides currently.

Code resides in modules and some behind the sheets. When I copy over a whole file I do not want any code to be copied over.
When I do a SaveAS of the main file it should still hold the code but not the copy.
