Is it possible to link Excel and Access?

Is it possible to get data from Access to Excel using vllokup or any command formula?

Example:

Source File is Access and Destination file is excel. I have all my data in Access and I'll use excel as my search engine(with conditional formula) to find a data in Access then return it in my Excel file. Is it possible?

You can connect to an Access DB using Excel ADO and write a query to pull data from Access. Use Google its your best friend.
