What Does “Insert Names” Mean on the VBE Screen?

On the VBE (2007) screen in the upper left quadrant is a box labeled

“Insert Names (input area) Refresh”

What is that used for? (Help didn’t know either.)

It seems to add a toolbar to the VBE

Name Manager 592 - Additional toolbar in the VBE with dropdown box allows you to insert Names into VBA code.

I didn't see that on my mostly vanella 2007 install. Post a screen shot and I''l check my 2007
