Solved: Tool tip and image

I have a form and I have put an image on the form. The image is of "help" icon. I believe it is called IcoHelp. I want to add a tool tip to the IcoHelp image. How do I do it?

Click on the Object and in it's Property's All Tab find the ControlTip Text and enter the description in there.

What happens when you hold the Cursor over the Image?
Is the Image in a "Frame"?

Image is not in a frame
if mouse is held over image nothing happens
I expect to be given help tip but this does not happen

The Tip can be a bit tempremental, how long do you give it appear?

I had a look on the net and apparently contoltip does not work for some people. I am reading a good help on google link on this topic at the moment.
