Sleeper: Could not find installable ISAM

I have tried everything I can think of and find to fix this error.

I am trying to write to an ACCESS database using KPLUS's code from his site.

I am using EXCEL and ACCESS 2003. I will attach my EXCEL code. If anyone can help I would appreciate it. Thanks in advance for your help.

Do you have the access data base stored in the defined path?
