    Solved: Avoiding errors in formulas

I know that in 2007 there's a function which can be used to avoid errors in formulas
    =IFERROR(.............;"")

    What about Office 2003???

How can I cure these errors?

    =if(iserror(formula),"",formula)

but the correct approach is to fix the error.
