Is it possible to increase the number of items being displayed with a combobox? With the combobox ActiveX control there is a .DropDownLines that I can set, however, there is none for the forms combobox control. The default is to display 8 items, I would like to increase the number of items to display more.
In Properties>Control, there is a box for number of Drop-down lines.

That is set for using ActiveX, however, with a userform, that property does not exists.Originally Posted by xld
No, it is set for the worksheet forms combobox.
If you mean a userform combobox, it is the ListRows property.

Thank you, that is what I was looking for. Why do MS call them differently with the "same" controls.....
That is a good question; one for which I have no real answer. My guess is that it is such a huge company, competitive siloing is probably encouraged, and there is no over-arching co-ordination.
