Solved: Strange and ridiculous problem with my excel-2007

Dear all, I am having a really strange ans ridiculous problem with my excel 2007 for quite sometimes now. I dont know whether I mistakenly changed any default setting, however in vain to figure out the source of this problem.

My problem is, arrow-key (for any direction) is not working properly in my excel sheet. Whenever I press arrow key to move cell up or down, entire screen is moving but selected cell not. Selected cell always remains stationary, however entire screen not, which is actually moving.

I have restarted my system, and possibly done all that I could do here. I hope somebody here will come up with some remedy to get rid from this ridiculous problem.

Wouldn't that be because you have somehow set the scroll-lock key?
