2 months and sumarize amount of missed clients with formula

    Hi,
pls. is it possible do this with formula without VBA code?

I have 2 tables (months) with clients. Both tables have 2 columns. Column with ID and second with amount (e.g. 1000 clients).
First table is january and second february.

In both are the same clients but in february may some of clients from january missing.
I want one number/formula, which sumarize amount of missing clients (They are in jan, but not in febr.). It return their sumarized amount from jan.

Is it possible to do with formula?
    If yes, how please?

    thx for all advise

    One note.
The amount of clients can change between months.
I mean, client with ID 456 have amount in jan 500, but in feb he can have amount 800.
So is not possible to do this with feb minus jan.
