Are you talking about converting a string to a picture format or attaching a file from a path provided by the form?

Okie, means i have a form in Outlook, that provides a string input text box, I type into this box and click " Go" and the string i typed inside this text box will get converted into Text.bmp. Then after which this Text.bmp gets embedded into the body of a new email, followed by what ever i wanna type
