Scroll bar continuing to change after one click

I have an excel file with an added scroll bar. The scroll bar i used to link to a cell to change values with a click on the scroll bar.

The thing is sometimes when i click the scroll bar it acts as if i clicked 20 times n the scroll bar just keeps going.

Whats causing this and how do I stop it?

just case i included my excel file and the scroll bars i mentioned are at the top left Attachment 4917

One thing I noticed was that on the top scroll bar, incremental change = 5 and for the other scroll bars it = 1

That would cause one click to jump a number of values
