Solved: Cells not being Locked correctly!

Just as the title says, I have a sheet that somehow some of the cells protection doesn't work.

I have unlocked the ranges I want to be edited through Format>cells, and left others locked. Then I protect the sheet.
Afterwards, I am still able to modify some of the 'locked' ranges.

This 'bug' is so weird that I have copied a few of those weird cells into a new blank sheet (attached), locked all cells in the sheet, protected it, and yet again i'm still able to edit those cells (grey-fill). There's no special font or anything applied.

Please check my attachment and let me know. I haven't protected the sheet, so you can try w/wo a password. There are also no macros in the file or sheet (attached) whatsoever, so i've ruled that one out!

I really need some help with this one, it's had me baffled for weeks searching the net and forums to find the cause. I would be very embarassed to find out that it was due to something simple that i overlooked

    If you:
    Tools|Protection|Allow Users to edit ranges…
you will see that you have a range on that sheet, E7:E8 and E17:E18.
    Delete.

Everyone: If I've helped and you can't be bothered to acknowledge it, I can't be bothered to look at further posts from you.
