Selection of sheets to run VBA routine

Hi all,

would appreciate if you all could get me started on writing VBA codes to able me to do some action in excel. i would like to select from a list of sheet currently in the workbook and run a routine on each of the worksheet i have selected in the list of worksheets on a click of a button.
