Different ways to share an Excel Workbook

Hi,
Can someone please tell me all the different ways in which an Excel Workbook can be shared for multiple users to edit?

The point being that if you does not have access to network folder/ intranet common sharepoint where everyone can share file then most probably there wont be site that your office admin might allow...

Do you guys use, MS groove? now it is called Sharepoint in Ms 2010? it allows files sharing[read/edit simultenously] chating and forum sort of thing etc....you may want to check out!!!
