comparing the 2 excel

Hi ,
I have 2 note pad files with diffrent delimitters,which i need to convert into excel and compare them cell by cell, and give the results in HTML.



I need simple microsoft formula to compare the 2 excel column wise instead checking cell by cel can you any body guide me on this.

At the very least, I would think you'll want to zip two text files w/some sample date, wherein ea has the kind of info and delimiters yours do. Maybe just me, but what does "give the results in HTML" mean?
