Macro/Add-In to change colors of charts?

Can anyone tell me if there is a way to create a macro/add-in that will change the colors of a selected chart (pie, bar, whatever it is) to a pre-defined series of colors? I have a specific set of colors that are used for all charts, and are in a certain order.. for example, red is always the first pie slice, or first bar (clockwise for pies, bottom to top for bars), then comes blue, etc..

Anything out there currently that will allow me to do this, or is it easy enough to create?

    Thanks.

You need to start by saying which version you use. Charting is completely different after v 2007

Well, the series order is determined by the CHART FILLS, then CHART LINES. If you are editing a chart in PPT, and from the menu choose: TOOLS > OPTIONS > COLOR tab, these are the 2 bottom rows in the window. If you repeat the colors to be the same in both rows, the series will repeat starting with Red at series 9 and on up to 16.

    I hope that makes sense.
