Solved: Using timer to close workbook

I am looking for VBA code for XP professional and Excel 2003.

Timer code that after let's say 5 min will close and save workbook.

    Thanks in advance

    That was the answer.

Sorry that it took me a long period of time to get back.

Tried it, tweaked it, seems to be working perfect.

    Thanks 1 million.

I knew an answer was out there, I just couldn't find it.
