Copy Array of Values

Hi I am new to vbs as well and I am searching for some information like these one but instead will be using Array as reference (example: "Staff Name", "Age", "Join Date", "Position", etc) to define the next cell's value beside it to copy in excel forms and populate the value into another excel workbooks base on field in the excel table?

At least to me, your question is a bit unclear. I think that if you include (attach) a small workbook with a Before and After sample and explain what we're trying to do, it would be clearer.
