    Solved: Shortcut to run macro

When I click on Macros and select the macro I want to run and click on options to put a keyboard shortcut on the macro, if I lock the project, the keyboard shortcut no longer runs.
I want to password protect my vba code, but I still want to have a keyboard shortcut to run the macro. How can I do this?

You can password protect the vba code and still leave the macro visible or hide the macro's & run the code from a command button
can you post an example workbook ?
