Modify macro to import text

I've found the macro to import big csv files into excel :

What I wish to modify is a part of it; I need to insert a button in excel that updates automaticaly a specific csv file : "C:\import.csv" and copy into sheet 3 CELL A1;

Another problem occures that the inserted csv file deletes all my formulas starting Col Z to Col AC, is it possible to prevent this ?
