Question Sleeper: Machine configuration for Excel VBA

Hi guys, I know the title seems a little misleading but I couldnt think of anything better, so lets get into the problem:

    - I run Excel and go to the Visual Basic Tool Bar
    - I then choose any control, lets say a Command Button
    - Now I try to insert it in a spreadsheet
    - Bang! Error. You cannot do this!

Well, if I login as admin it works perfectly but I need it to work for regular users. Any ideas on what privileges I should grant to regular users?

This machines are in a Win 2003 Domain Controlled Network and running Windows XP Professional.
    Best Regards,

    Carlos Paleo.

To every problem there is a solution, even if I dont know it, so this posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties.

If Debugging is harder than writing a program and your code is as good as you can possibly make
it, then by definition you're not smart enough to debug it.

Not really sure what you need to do. Have you talked with your IT department?
