    Opening multiple excel instances

    I have problem with my excel sheet. It's basically on constant loop(until either excel is closed or user opts to shut it down via button). Periodically sheet is supposed to send email. Works fine. Except opening up multiple copies(each which track different things and send at different times). If I simply double click each file then they do open up BUT only one is actually sending emails...I need to open up X number of excel instances and open up specific file in each.

    As this should be as user friendly as possible this is tad annoying. Is there a way I could make it so that simply double clicking them all will get it working?

    System is windows 7 and office 2007 btw.
