How do I prevent two names or more, from participate in the value of the column (B)
You can use Data Validation to do this. I've altered your workbook to demonstrate. Change one of the values in your B values to one that is currently in the column to see the results of the validation.
Select one of the cells in the B column within your table and go to the Data tab. Choose the Data Validation drop down and the Data Validation... option to see the formula I used.

You are going to have to better explain what you want. The solution I provided keeps the same entery from being entered twice in the B column.
