    Please set your workbook up with more descriptive data. You may well understand the layout but for those of us, looking on, the use of "x" has no value that we can use to judge the process required.

    As I now understand it, you wish to compress data for each grouping ID as found in Column A, by moving each cell of data upwards in each column until no blank cells are found. Is this right?

    There are some formatting issues here as well. Am I right to assume that you require all cells to be formatted as;
    Horizontal (Left Indent), Indent (0), Vertical (Top), Text Control (Wrap Text), Right To Left (Context).

    I put dummy figure in that column. Does it sounds ok?

    Sory use this one, wrong file...

    Does it make sense if Column O & S will refer to column K as ID

    That is not what i was asking. Columns O & S in the output section do not follow your request to compress their data upwards. There are blank cells above the data.

    Further more in the latest workbook example from within the input section, Column O has the values 60,60,70,60 & 60. Where as the Output section only has the values 1 & 1. What happened to these values?

    Hi Aussiebear,

    Sorry for make it looks complicated, actually the output table hasn't tally with input table because I just want to show u the result looks like. I think to mae it easy, lets blanko value for column O,P,Q,R,S. Does it workable?
